This handy trick is useful for tables in your main document and any tables you might use for layout in your headers/footers. You wish to modify your document to align the text to both the left and right margins, creating a clean look along the sides of the page. Hover your cursor over the inner border of the gray area on the left or right end of the horizontal ruler until your cursor becomes a double arrow. The aim is to be able to change the top, bottom, left and right page margins to be able reduce both the top and bottom margins from the defualts '0.5' to something like '0.2'.
